What happens when we close our eyes ? we begin to dream and enter the Astral Realm where there is an energy shift , when you shift your energy or dream you can create different world's and play out scenarios , if you have fears then it is more than likely that you will create your own nightmare out there , people will tell you they have had bad experiences while astralling and this is why , as you begin to awaken from your dream or astral experience the scenes you have experienced will dissipate , the dream is capsuled within a bubble , your guides can enter the bubble and give the dreamer messages , what people do not understand is , when you close your eyes you are seeing into the spirit realm , creative thought via dreaming is the portal to that realm . Some people only experience darkness or shadows others see the spirit realm in technicolour . Your state of mind creates the experience in the Astral Realm.
